Mango Jam
I am not sure what i am did wrong, but just like the other one, i could not get it to thicken mine took 22 minutes from turning on the heat to ready to jar.

Mango Jam can be made with any variety of mangoes. When mixture begins boiling, increase heat to medium-high. Continue boiling until fine, soft threads form, 270 degrees F (135 degrees C).
