This is a family favorite that my mother-in-law fixed for me while I was visiting her home last year. Serve over white rice, if desired.Ingredients | Pak Choi CabbageΒΌ cup butter2 onions, chopped1 stalk celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 medium head cabbage, cut into squares1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquidsalt and pepper to tasteDirectionsMelt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, or until translucent. Stir in cabbage, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.Pour in tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
