This was given to me by a friend. She makes this for sandwiches to be served at showers and parties. It is very refreshing and a great way to use some of those summer cucumbers. Just spread onto bread!

Ingredients | Cucumber Cream Cheese Sandwich Spread

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cucumber - peeled, seeded, and chopped

2 green onions (white part only), chopped

1 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

Directions

Mix cream cheese, cucumber, green onions, milk, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper together in a bowl until smooth.
