I make this quite often and my family really loves it!Ingredients | Pasta Carbonara Recipe4 tablespoons butter4 tablespoons olive oil1 pound chopped ham1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled½ cup chopped fresh parsley4 eggs, beaten1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento peppers, drained⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cloves garlic1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground black pepper1 (6 ounce) can black olives, choppedDirectionsMelt butter or margarine in a large skillet.Add the oil and ham and saute lightly.Add the cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well.Turn off the heat and pour beaten eggs over all. Toss to coat evenly, then add the olives and pimentos and toss again.
