This recipe comes from my mom's homemade nuts-and-bolts recipe. Not being a huge fan of the mixed ingredients, I chose my favorite one and then spiced it up. Careful, it's addictive! Store in a large paper towel-lined container.Ingredients | Growing Pak Choi Bolting1 (12 ounce) package crispy corn and rice cereal (such as Crispix®)½ cup butter2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning2 teaspoons onion powder1 teaspoon seasoned salt1 teaspoon garlic powderDirectionsPreheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).Pour cereal into a large roasting pan.Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, about 90 seconds. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Pour mixture over cereal, coating evenly.Bake in the preheated oven, tossing every 15 minutes, until crispy, about 1 hour.
